How to Participate - As an Organization

Contribute to the Innovation Motorcade with a vehicle or charge infrastructure. Arrange your participation with Amy Babcock.

Washington is one of the most influential cities in the world for addressing energy and environmental issues.

Since Earth Week attracts an influx of industry stakeholders, media and visitors, this is a perfect opportunity to assemble a parade of electric drive vehicles in the streets of our Nation's capital.

The Secretary of Energy, top Administration and Government officials, and industry executives will be invited to speak, inspect, drive, and charge the vehicles. Prominent and relevant celebrities will be invited to participate as well.

We are inviting organizations from the electric drive industry participate in a number of ways - showcasing your electric drive vehicle models and charging equipment - as well as taking full advantage of this tremendous public relations and marketing opportunity through event sponsorship for your products and services associated with electric mobility.

Vehicle and charging equipment participation is $2,500 per company. Event sponsorship is $15,000 - offered to six companies that are non-automotive. We encourage you to act fast - as there are only few sponsorship openings left!
